I am rejecting this response because:
Today is months that I placed my order for the vertical lift and over months since ** *** and his company has cruely kept my disabled
family members from moving into the houseI can respond point by point on each statement ** *** has said in his response, but I have covered each of them with the God honest true facts in my original report to youFor him to outright lie again to the Revdex.com shows his lack of character Whatever ** *** has said his response, the township of *** *** has issued multiple violations to his company relating to not following state procedures/obtaining approval to perform work and also relating to very unsafe work that was performed under his direction.
I am pleased that ** *** suggests that he submitted necessary paperwork to obtain needed permits to perform safe, legal work.
** *** has one option to resolve the issue where his company ordered the incorrect unit:
*Remove the current lift and install the correct oneIn the interest of getting the disabled folks into my house, I would hope that ** *** has already ordered the new unit so that the day the old one is removed, the correct one will be installedFor the sake of Alzheimer's patients that he has hurt for so long, I pray to God that he allows ** *** to act quicklyMany thanks for your assistance and best regards,

Review: [redacted] required that they order home equipment for my 87 yr. old aunt from Advanced Medical Supply. Bed rail delivered 5/20 was defective. Delivery person agreed to return 5/21 or 5/22 the latest with a functional one. We hired someone to be @ apt. for delivery 5/21, it never came. I drove from Phila. to be there 5/22 for delivery. Again, no delivery. Called [redacted] and expressed dissatisfaction with service and requested commode pickup for two reasons: 1)was unhappy with service and 2) commode was too small and uncomfortable and was told there were no other sizes. [redacted] said they would pickup for return. Friday 5/23 no pickup/return made. Called [redacted] again who said pickup would occur now when "they were in the area." Called [redacted] again 5/28 [redacted] said pickup wouldn't occur till payment made on other items delivered from [redacted]. Instead of having all equipment functional and ready for aunt's discharge 5/24, I had to buy other equipment locally ie. bed rails and raised toilet seat and have bars installed. This occurred the day of discharge! Awful customer service for a medical supplier. Given the delivery of defective equipment and lack of service they should have gone out of their way to rectify the situation. For some of the equipment we had to buy ourselves to be ready for discharge, it was less than half the cost of what Advance Medical Supply was billing insurance company.Desired Settlement: I want the equipment picked up from my aunt's apartment ASAP and refunded with an apology. As a critical care nurse of 32 years, I have also urged [redacted] to switch their medical supplier to one which provides better customer service and accountability.

Review: It is now 3 1/2 months since I placed my order for a vertical lift with Advance Medical Supply(AMS) and it still has not been installed legally and safely. I ordered the unit on September 29, 2014 and was promised it would be installed and working by October 24, when my parents and aunt were scheduled to move in. I am disabled, having a small brain tumor and significant disc damage to my cspine and lumbar areas of my back and both my 88 year old dad and my aunt(his sister) have advanced Alzheimer's disease. To make it easier for my family, since my home is between my Aunt and my sister, my sister and I thought it would be best to have the folks stay at my home. Advance Medical Supply, based out of Wayne, New Jersey and headed up [redacted], has severely mishandled my order by not only the extreme delay but by also ordering incorrect parts and not delivering other parts that were to be provided. After causing a delay that created an unnecessary bad living situation for my folks in their upper 80s and myself, this company then unbelievably failed to deliver the correct height unit. It was to move from one floor to another and it does not reach the 2nd floor, resulting in the wheelchair able to move onto the platform. My township told me [redacted] AMS illegally entered my home home and performed work without obtaining and having the required permits. They know the situation where I needed to get the older folks in here and yet they allowed this to happen. The Borough of [redacted] has issued a Stop Construction Order to AMS telling them that they can only resume construction when they obtain state elevator permits, change the lift height, add door locks and hand rails. They also issued AMS a Notice of Violation relating to the same issues. Additionally, the construction office also told me that the invoice and contract prepared by AMS is illegal and not valid as it did not contain many items that the Contractors Registration Act requires.Desired Settlement: The township of [redacted] told me that [redacted] was given until December 31st to correct AMS's violations and has not. Since them, the town called [redacted] and clearly told him that I, the homeowner is not allowed to obtain a elevator permit and that he is completely responsible and yet he told them he refuses to obtain the permit. [redacted] and his salesperson [redacted] of AMS should be held accountable for their unsafe business practices, poor business ethics, doing work without permits, abusing and lying to customers and preparing invalid invoices and contracts without including information required by the Contractors Registration Act. Both of these individuals have lied time and again. Another [redacted] disabled resident, [redacted] is also having a terrible time with this same company. AMS need to remove existing lift, install correct height lift, with permits in a safe manner. Or remove existing equipment and refund my money, my poor Dad and aunt are suffering.
