I personally found this company and thought they were going to be a good match for my rental propertyI was led to believe they had they own workers or vetted vendorsAfter a few pipes froze I soon found out they use the worst plumbing company in town169$ an hourOk I understand you have to call and get someone out there but this is why I asked before hiring them, After seeing the first bill I was charged by the Property management team 50$ an hour to find the water shut off at the street....What in the heck, and to top it off they waited for the city to shut it offThey were to incompetent to find the water meter and shut it offand it all went downhill from there, the more I investigated, the more I was disappointedNo ads, the ones that did had old photos before remodeling....Crap for service! Save your headaches
