I was contacted by warranty department after I e-mailed them my list but only the one item above has been addressed as of yet and NONE of the others. Good Afternoon, This email is in response to complaint #11768571. We received an email from the homeowner at the end of September with concerns that the flashing was falling off the roof. We immediately reached out to our subcontractor regarding the issue to get the repair scheduled. Our...

Landon gave the tile company was to "touch up" the dye on the grout not replace or remove grout and fix hollow tiles.  The technician from the tile company confirmed over 20 of the tiles I marked (just in the main walkway) fell into the 80/20 coverage and should be replaced.  Tech could not comment on removing grout, as they have to contact Landon before going further. some of the timesThe dye is not working and the grout needs to be replaced and the "hollow" tiles need to be fixed.
