Advance Parking

Review: On November [redacted] 2015 while in the city to catch a broadway show, and obtaining the garage address off of my E-TICKET. I entered a line on the street to gain access to the Icon parking garage which was on my E-TICKET, and waited for approximately 15-20 minutes to enter said garage. My vehicle was signal out of the line by a male white who appeared to work for ICON ,and directed me to exit the garage. When I inquired why? he stated "[redacted]", when I question the individual and stated that I obtain the address off of the E-TICKET and that I was on the line for 15-20 minutes, he just told me to exit. I exited location and tried to enter several locations within a 6-8 block radius and was turned away by a total of 4 locations. I ultimately found parking at another garage after I pleaded with the attendant and explained to him that I was driving around for over an hour looking for parking. Ultimately my wife and I arrived at the [redacted] Street approximately 20 minutes late for a show that I had spent over $700.00 to purchase tickets. I have always used the parking that was printed on the E-TICKETS and never once had an issue,until that night of November **. I am very upset that such a big business like "ICON PARKING" would signal out certain vehicles when they clearly advertise for you to park there, Please investigate this unfair practice of discrimination.Desired Settlement: Re-imbursed me for the show that my wife and me partially missed and were unable to enjoy, becuase we missed the most critical portion the opening act.
