Review: I was on Advance Physician Formulas website April 10, 2015 looking for help with my insomnia problem when I discovered [redacted], and after researching all of the ingredients (due to my heart valve problem), I concluded that this may be worth trying so I ordered a bottle. When I received it, I was very eager to try it but noticed it had a strange name on ingredient list which was called Kava. This ingredient was positively not listed on the website and I wondered what it was so I got online and researched and did not like what I found and was afraid to even try it. I had not even unsealed or opened it and called Physician Formulas to ask why it had an ingredient not listed on their website and also could I please return it and be reimbursed. I talked to [redacted] and she said certainly to mail it back and when received, my money would be put back into my account. I mailed on April 17th and tracking number showed it was received April 23rd. I waited and still did not receive my money back so I called and could not get anyone to pick up the phone even though I called many times at all hours of the day. Finally [redacted] picked up on evening of April 28th and asked for my tracking # to confirm. She then said I would receive the money back into my account by the next evening. I never received anything so May 1st, I emailed [redacted] using the contact email on website, explaining to her that I would have no choice but to file a complaint for not being reimbursed. I heard nothing and still have not been given my money back. I also paid for the item to be returned and feel it was not right and that they were false advertising a product. It is very difficult to get through to this sneaky company and I wonder if there are more people who try to get results but can't even get through the telephone system or get acknowledged by email.Desired Settlement: Advance Physician Formulas should rightfully give my money back as they are falsely advertising a product. I returned it unopened and unsealed and have lost extra money sending it back in perfect condition. It would never have been ordered if they had posted the correct ingredients on their website.

bought Mucuna Pruriens for my 91 Year old mother. extreme shakiness after three days, legs weaker. Called company and requested a refund stated no refunds. Asked why they do not back their products stated it is a supplement no MBG I find this product dangerous and they seem not to care!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Review: I received two bottles of what were supposed to be identical doctor formulated health supplements (Diet Rx). After ingesting some of the contents, I realized although they were labeled the same, the contents of the bottles were not the same. I have tried to contact the company with an explanation as to why the products are different, and get an answer as to what I may have actually ingested when I took the pills, but have received no response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation as mentioned above. I would like to have my numerous emails answered, as well as have this company offer a vehicle to be contacted. They do not currently have a way to be reached by a consumer except to place an order. I find this unprofessional at best, and highly offensive to simply be ignored, especially when I feel that either pills were mis-packaged, or I was sent a placebo as a free sample. My impression is that the company doesn't care, doesn't want to admit to a mistake, or because of a lack of a method for the public to contact anyone who can answer questions, is unaware of the problem I am trying to bring to their attention.
