On Jan 27, the business installed a custom cabinet in our home which included removal of existing kitchen deskWe chose to work with *** the owner as it was his company the builder of the home used for the kitchen cabinetsEmployees of the company performed the work, causing significant damage to our floors, walls, soffit, wood trim/ framing, ceiling, and baseboardsThere were also flaws with the cabinet, shelves were delivered broken/ chipped and/ or crackedAdditionally the base supporting the cabinet resembled a construction palette and was cut short in terms of depth, which impacted installation and possibly stability of the cabinetWe were in regular contact with the owner from the date of delivery through today***, the owner assured me that he would fix the issues and reimburse us the repair costs
