The complaint filed by Mrs. [redacted] is based on lies and projecting her behavior onto our office staff. We have video and audio from her last visit to our office. We also have at least three witnesses that can attest to the fact that she used abusive and obscene language towards our office...

manager. Our office deals with drug addicts on a daily basis since we are a [redacted] Clinic, but we will not stand for rudeness or verbal abuse. As to her payment in January, she had a balance from December. In fact, she still owes us $100. She also failed a urine drug screen, and missed appointments. She also missed appointments with her counselor, Mr.[redacted]. Due to her failed urine test, missed appointments, and not being able to locate her thru her phone or thru her counselor (who did not know where she was), she was dismissed from our clinic. She has a balance of $100.00 on her account. She can send the payment thru mail. We do not want her in our office.
