Advance wanted approval for the replacement of the
malfunctioning AC from the manufacturerThis took longer than expected
Approval was received on Monday, 8/10/15; and Ms*** was immediately called and an appointment was set up for the very next morning, Aug8/11/
Advance stands by its customers and products as evidenced by its years in business

They have replaced the air conditioner that wasn't workingThe owner of the company never picked up the phone to let me know anything was being done, so I thought I was being stiffed the entire timeI had to call over and over, but he still never returned the callThankfully I had a wonderful salesperson (Eddy) that was very helpful when I called and she realized the owner was never going to callWithout her, I don't think any of this would have gotten taken care of and we probably would have ended up in courtI hope they will back the new air conditioner if there are issues, but will find out if I run into any problems, though I truly hope I have NO problems with this one! Thank you
