Advance Rent-A-Car

Review: On 09/26/2013, I rented an SUV from Advance Rent a Car for four days from [redacted],total cost $379. I returned it on 09/28, 1 day refund due.

I called Mr. [redacted] on Saturday 9/28 and he picked me up from [redacted] Airport Hotel to return the car. He told me at that time it would take 4 days to receive my refund. As of now, 10/04/2013, I have not received the refund back to my debit card and Mr. [redacted] has not acknowledged my emails inquiring about the transaction or phone calls. I just want my 1 day refund of $94.75 returned to my debit card promptly from Advance Rent A Car. Desired Settlement: I would the Revdex.com to contact Advance Rent A Car and inform them of the situation and have Advance Rent A Car return my funds promptly.
