because the person did not know he was not supposed to.  After the mower was brought back to the shop and gone over by the owner, he discovered the repairs that where supposed to be done in April had not been properly.  The repairs have been made and the mower was returned to the customer at no charge.  We do apologize for the inconvience this issue caused her and her husband.  Sometimes things happen to very kind customers and we do hope that all of her mower issues have been resolved and she is satisfied with our service.
