Ref: complaint ID # [redacted] ***To Whom it may concern,We signed a contract to complete many projects for the sale of her home at [redacted] ***, ALDIE VA ***Paint to be one of projectsWe were given until August 15, to finish all workWe finished one day after that on August 16, On the 15" on the way to the clients home she requested that we not show because a photographer would be there taking photo's for upcoming listing for SaleWe came the next day to wrap up the Job on August 16, Any paint or mess on all three levels was cleaned upAll paint used was approved by client and would have been changed if requestedI have receipts for higher quality paint used in her home than she has statedShe listed their home and sold their home in daysOur work and clean up afterward helped to sell her home quicklyWe are not happy when a customer has a Complaint This is my first complaint in years of constructionA painter had splashed paint on a garage wallI offered to paint entire wallDay's later client requested that we replace the whole wall with new drywallWe did at no cost to herWe did this when we had finished all other work except cleanupThe drywall was finished before August 15, At all times I was available to take care of any problem.Dale J***

after our work was complete. I sent my supervisor out to talk with homeowner to find out what was going on. He reported back to me that the leak on the inside of the house had nothing to do with the roof install and it was a siding oriented leak which was not part of the work that we did on this home. After explaining this to the homeowner , we got Revdex.com complaint. I can't do work on a home that doesn't involve any reference to work completed on this home. I would be more than willing to go and look myself at this situation to reaffirm our previous findings or resolve any issues related to work completed by our company. If in fact it is due to some work that we completed on this house then I will be more than happy to fix this issue. August 16, 2017. On the 15" on the way to the clients home she requested that we not show because a photographer would be there taking photo's for upcoming listing for Sale. We came the next day to wrap up the Job on August 16, 2017. Any paint or mess on all three levels was cleaned up. All paint used was approved by client and would have been changed if requested. I have receipts for higher quality paint used in her home than she has stated. She listed their home and sold their home in 12 days. Our work and clean up afterward helped to sell her home quickly. We are not happy when a customer has a Complaint This is my first complaint in 41 years of construction. A painter had splashed paint on a garage wall. I offered to paint entire wall. Day's later client requested that we replace the whole wall with new drywall. We did at no cost to her. We did this when we had finished all other work except cleanup. The drywall was finished before August 15, 2017. At all times I was available to take care of any problem.Dale J[redacted]
