Two weeks ago we put a deposit down of $to replace a leaking room on our garage apartment It was scheduled within two days, but with the prospect of getting the house done at the same time, it was pushed back a week I did not get a call from the roofer leading up to the proposed install date After several days of trying to reach them, it was agreed the roof would go up this last Saturday, or today, Monday I have not heard back from the roofer, and their phones are not taking calls In the two week period we have had only one rainy day, as there has been ample time to install the roof At the least I expected to hear back from the roofer if the roof was not to be installed todayNo wait, at the least I expect to have the roof installed as planned, as now we are looking at water damage to the interior

Jonnie is very unprofessional and does not follow through with anythingI had a leak in my roof that he came to fixHe was on the roof for a very short timeWhen leaving, he told me to call him if I had any issuesWellThe leak was not fixed and during Hurricane Harvey began to leak even more causing more damageMany attempts were made to get into contact with himHe never returned a phone call (many voicemails were left), messages through ThumbTack were ignored, as were text messagesI had to hire someone else to fix the leakWhen the new repair guy was done, he said it looked like a toddler had tried to fix my roofHe said it looked like he used caulk and just shot it all over, and had put WAY too muchJonnie's way of fixing my roof had made the leak worse by trapping water underneath the excess amount of caulk he had applied and the new repair guy had to clean up the mess and use a different type of chemical to fix the leakI decided to get ahold of Jonnie for some type of reimbursement My daughter called him and left a very vague voicemail mentioning that she needed to talk to him about a jobHe called back right away b/c she had not mentioned who or what she was calling aboutHe tried to bt his way around an excuse but told her he would come talk to me the next day about this issueHe never showedInstead he text my daughter some BS excuse saying he didn't warranty this work and this means no reimbursement would be givenAll I wanted was for him to answer his phone weeks prior and fix his crap repair job!! Do NOT do business with this guy! He will do a crap job then not return your phone calls or own up to his mistakesHis service is a waste of money

The only thing Jonni A*** with Advance Roofing is good at is talking a big game and collecting checksHe was on the roof once and that was when he was bidding the jobHe never came back to do an inspectionI have had several issues and he's never returned calls or texts and now has changed his numbersMy roof is now leaking because needed flashing was not installed as agreed uponI would not have this company roof a dog houseHis company is now located in San Antonio

I am rejecting this response because:
The problems is from the workman not doing the job right at the time in 6/08. A leak was taken care of on top but not inside the house, sheetrock still needs to be repairedThe Roof is
sliding down from the top of house, and I had repairs made to hold the rest in placeAs I said the company Advance Roofing did a bad job not using the right nails and the nails went to deep and is not holding the roof in placedNow they need to come and fix the roofThis is a years roof and a cost of $8,177.00 the company that came out"said the rood will need to be replace" If I have to replace the roof, (I really don't want to sue them)if they will come and talk to me or answer the calls and If they can repair then get out here and do itA small cost for LABOR may be worked out

The only thing Jonni A[redacted] with Advance Roofing is good at is talking a big game and collecting checks. He was on the roof once and that was when he was bidding the job. He never came back to do an inspection. I have had several issues and he's never returned calls or texts and now has changed his numbers. My roof is now leaking because needed flashing was not installed as agreed upon. I would not have this company roof a dog house. His company is now located in San Antonio.
