The day I received the application from [redacted] ,I was informed that the property is townhouse with the value of $256,I provide the rate and cost based on the on the information provided in the application from [redacted] however ,during the process we found out that the property is not a townhouse house and it is condominium and the value is not $256,and it is $215,000.The loan scenario provided on the loan application by [redacted] was totally different the actual loan based on the following factor: 1) Type of the property was condominium NOT townhouse, 2) The values was $215,not $255,so the LTV raise from $71% to $% I spoke to [redacted] over the phone I informed her that the rate we advertised is for townhouse and single family home not for condominium and investor we published his rate doesn't lend money on condominium and the rate and fees on the cash out on condominium is different than on townhouse that we originally provided themAfter going trough so many calls with [redacted] ,finally I got special exception and had [redacted] to do the loan for [redacted] with the same interest rate we initially provided for townhouse and single family home with slightly very different fees By law [redacted] also disclosed everything to [redacted] in their disclosures by email and it was not a surprised to the borrowerThe extra $accrued as a result because our mortgage company was totally misinformed from the beginning by *** ,however since [redacted] suppose to do some legal work for me I suggested to give her some compensation back JUST as curtesy and as I clearly told [redacted] *** that this has to be done legally My refund to [redacted] is just a curtesy and of advance security mortgage and [redacted] have no legal binding for the amount .Unlike several insult from [redacted] to me and my culture , I told her on the phone and emailed her and her husband the refund will be made to them after we finished our quarterly accounting in different paymentsEvnthough the information provided by in the loan application by [redacted] was wrong, Advance Security Mortgage honor the rate provided to [redacted] originally Advance Security is not obligated to send any money to [redacted] and if any future checks send to ***s is just as a matter of curtesyThank You , Nina G [redacted]
