We have a service contract with this provider We are an assisted Living facility with frail elderly We initially contacted them 11/** requesting assistance with a washing machine which broke down They contacted us via e-mail on 12/* stating "repair of your product should be scheduled or well on it's way." We have not heard from the provider after numerous calls and emails as of today, 12/*, more than week after initial call
Advance solutions are ignoring our inquiries and our resident clothing now being sent out and costing us hundreds of dollars to be laundered
I got the run around all day long as I waited for a technician to show up and he never did show up to fix my refrigerator. My appt was from 8-12 and I never got a call saying they are coming or not and I kept calling the office and they told me he's coming I call back again and find out the technician switched my appt till the next day the I called back and to find out they are coming 2-230 the same day and nobody came and then I call back again till finally at 3pm I spoke to Vinnie the boss who was irritated I called saying that he had other people to call if you stop calling here he could get to them. His excuse was he was at a meeting with the technicians all morning and he had just arrived at the office at 3pm and he told me that with the traffic and the meeting he had other clients 5 to be exact to call to let them know there estimated time of arrival of the technician the same day he was going to come and I believed him even though I was 3rd on the list and the technician would call before he comes. Well at 3pm I waited till 5pm and no show again or phone call so I called Vinnie back who never answered the phone. Now is that away to run a business? You are at a meeting with your staff and you don't delegate anybody to call your clients and let me know that nobody was coming. Tell the truth.
