get the matter cleared up and resolved. He stated he had so many unfinished jobs and to many new jobs taken on that he could not keep up. He also stated that the lady I talked to when I called the office was his daughter and that he did not remember  receiving any of the messages. He also said he had other complaints about his contractors leaving the job site without stating whether they were done or not or if they were coming back.
