My family has used Advance Tech to service our multi-family property for decades. We have come to trust and rely upon their service. In addition, they manage to hire people that are not only reliable but intelligent, using their common sense to help us do our jobs better, which is a rare plus. For example, with a recent difficult case where a tenant was not cooperating to resolve her pest problem, both the office and the technician could tell that we would need more precise documentation than usual without needing to be told.

Lastly, we have found Advance Tech's office staff to be incredibly responsive to our requests for documentation when needed. To us, this is the kind of service above and beyond the basics that we pay for that keeps us loyal to Advance Tech.

Advance Tech Pest Control responded quickly to our call regarding the seasonal ants we get during the spring. We haven't seen any ants since. The tech was very professional and was also sensitive to the fact that we have a pet dog.
