The person filing the complaint nor the owner has paid for anything for this drop offAlso their info isnt correctThey previously brought the truck in from a dealership that had damaged the truck and would not fix their damagesThe owner of the truck has never purchased parts and only brought parts for us to installWe are not responsible for parts being faulty that we had not soldWe also warranty all of our work, so if there is an issue we fix itNow opon first drop off the customer had us install his parts, once again we only did the laborThe truck had electrical problems when he brought it from the dealer and only wanted his parts installed not repairing all problemsWe installed a transmission that was shipped from him and parts for his front axle, all which are installed and functioning correctlyAs for this drop off the customer dropped it off without leaving any information and we attempted to get ahold of him for weeks without a responseOnce he contacted us and listed what he wanted he was put in line, we have many vehicles that were already scheduled before himHe wants his electrical system figured out which isnt any easy task and we have worked on the electrical in between jobs to attempt to speed his process upSo a complaint not from the owner doesnt seem that fair considering that its also making claimsPlease contact me for any further questions regarding the situation

We are talking about two VERY DIFFERENT INCIDENTSMy truck has been up there MORE THAN ONCEYou installing the transmission is not a part of this complaint sirRead the complaintall of the questions that were answered were answered from a "DIFFERENT TIME THAT THE TRUCK WAS THERE" this complaint only has to do with the installation of the horn and hubs -- NOTHING ELSEQUIT GETTING THE FACTS MESSED UPAll you have to do to figure out who the truck "belongs" to is pull the registration out of the glove boxThe reason I had my husband bring the truck up there is because dealers always give women a hard timeNothing new thereMen generally handle those things for their wivesThe truck was dropped off up there when no one was there and the very next day the keys were brought to them during the dayThe truck was parked out frontTHERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WE ARE TALKING ABOUT HEREHE KEEPS ANSWERING THE COMPLAINTS BASED ON A "PREVIOUS TIME" I HAD THE TRUCK THEREGET IT TOGETHERAt this point I will be sending my husband to get the truck, it is obvious you do not know what you are doing

I have not spoken to this costumer in person but I am aware of thisWe have photo records of each motor we build to validate each one that ships outThe motor in question has not been attempted to return for refund or warrantyAll motors we ship out are warrantied for months or 24k milesI am
aware that the customer in question had taken it apon himself to over torque bolts and studs that we had already installed and said that he had taken the head offIf the parts listed were damaged in transit we also have insurance on the shipping and would gladly replace or warranty any of the parts that could have been damagedThe customer is more than welcome to contact me directly at *** and I would be happy to clarify things and make sure that the motor purchased is 100%

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I took the transmission first to *** transmission in Deer Park, TX, they would not tear it down, so I took it to *** Transmission in *** ** *** ** *** *** and they have agreed to give written statements, verbal statements, and have pictures of the transmission proving that the transmission was not rebuilt like it was suppose to beThe truck has been at Modern Diesel since *** ***, we weren't told about the warranty, I still have the receipt showing we paid in full and it states at the bottom about the warrantyThe damage modern diesel says the transmission has regarding the torque converter, is not what caused the issuesThe fact that they put parts in backwards caused the damage that occurred in the transmission which is backed up by ***I have all the receipts from the shops to prove what was paid forThe truck has been there since *** *** we have contacted about other people who have had similar issues with *** *** and they are willing to get involved

This is absolutely ridiculous and the most headache I have ever had with someoneMr.Garza had his truck towed in for an insurance body damage repairHe then decided that he didnt want to fix the body damage but repair his damaged transmissionHis transmission was then put in line to repairIt
was sent off to have a third party repair itWe also advised him that he needed a new converter, it was severely damaged and not usable, the rear case was also brokenHe refused to buy oneOnce the transmission was sent back to us we ordered a new bearing that needed to be replaced, once the new and correct bearing was delivered we installed it and prepped the truck for installationWhile all this is going on Mr.Garza has called at least 7-times a day yelling about his truckStopping by and yelling about his truckThis is a person that seems to think the more they yell and speak badly about and to someone the faster and better deal they will get work doneMr.Garza didnt even have the money to pay the balance of parts and labor he was demanding to have doneAs the tech began to install the transmission Mr.Garza felt it was necessary to stand and harass the tech while installing the transmissionHe verbally assaulted several employees multiple timesMr.Garza was also informed several times that the transmission would not have warranty if he didnt replace the converter, which he still insisted was fineOnce the tech had the transmission mounted Mr.Garza demanded all work stop and he was taking the truckHe then proceeded to demand a discountThe truck was rolled outside unfinshed for Mr.Garza to take as isHe proceeded to attempt to work on it himself in the parking lot without being able to complete the installMr.Garza towed the truck awayA few weeks later he called and said the transmission didnt workOur response was we told you the converter was bad and you also didnt allow us to finish the install to test anything so we have no idea what has or hasnt been done or condition of operationHe wanted to bring it back but we declined based off of his repetitive actionsWe recommended a transmission shop that we trusted to have his transmission looked atMr.Garza took the truck there and then claimed that they told him it was bad and needed to be rebuilt but not knowing the transmission shop had already told us that they had asked for approval to tear it down to inspect and he told them noHe lied about the inspectionHe then took it to two more transmission shops without any resultHe then asked if he can bring it back to have the work completed, with much hesitation we agreedThe truck was delivered two weeks later with the transmission in the backWe set an appointment with the third party builder to have the transmission sent back over for inspection and Mr.Garza agreed purchase a new converterOnce the transmission was sent off Mr.Garza began his constant phone calls and harassment demanding his truck be doneHe also has claimed he once again does not have the money to pay for any parts or repairs

Date Sent: 2/15/2016 10:46:22 AMWe have not received a call or email about what the new issue of something being to tight. We cant help or resolve something without correct information. We are more than willing to help and resolve the customers issue but if no information or communication is made how can we help him. I can only assume that the customer is referring to the bottom end holding the crank in. If they have the motor fully assembled with injectors and glow plugs the crank will be harder to turn over because the cylinders with have compression, making if harder. If this is not the case maybe the bottom end was over torqued but once again we cant help if we are not informed.

Date Sent: 2/14/2016 5:40:53 PMRevdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my issueThis is rediculous I swapped over the crank girdle and it is to tight now I should not have to be doing this I paid for a motor that is supposed to be built right! I want a full refund or a lot more than 800$ back or I will be getting a lawyer! I do not want to send it back and have to wait 3 plus weeks to get it back!Regards,

The person filing the complaint nor the owner has paid for anything for this drop off. Also their info isnt correct. They previously brought the truck in from a dealership that had damaged the truck and would not fix their damages. The owner of the truck has never purchased parts and only brought...

parts for us to install. We are not responsible for parts being faulty that we had not sold. We also warranty all of our work, so if there is an issue we fix it. Now opon first drop off the customer had us install his parts, once again we only did the labor. The truck had electrical problems when he brought it from the dealer and only wanted his parts installed not repairing all problems. We installed a transmission that was shipped from him and parts for his front axle, all which are installed and functioning correctly. As for this drop off the customer dropped it off without leaving any information and we attempted to get ahold of him for 4 weeks without a response. Once he contacted us and listed what he wanted he was put in line, we have many vehicles that were already scheduled before him. He wants his electrical system figured out which isnt any easy task and we have worked on the electrical in between jobs to attempt to speed his process up. So a complaint not from the owner doesnt seem that fair considering that its also making false claims. Please contact me for any further questions regarding the situation.

cant block calls so I dont know where that comes from. we do receive a high volume of calls and sometimes cant catch all of them. I did throw in some extra parts that counteracted the cost of shipping just to resolve any misunderstandings. We try our hardest to take care of each person the best we can, our reviews show that. I feel like the issue could have been brought up in the email and been resolved without filling a complaint. The email conversation on the same day this was filled did not indicate any problems. I hope that we can continue to help out the customer with any further parts they may need. We will even throw in a discount to handle any misunderstanding.

1. The truck is mine and in my nameanswer- We dont have any information regarding this2. My husband took the truck up there and dropped it off answer-the truck was dropped off while we were not there and no information was left with truck3.  The Ford Dealership did not touch the truck, ever. I went to the dealership to ask if they would install the parts that were purchased. They said they would not because they were aftermarket parts, not factory. answer-The information we were given is after taking it to the dealership the truck was messed up and wasnt working correctly after being at the dealership. This is why we installed a transmission(that customer provided).4. The truck was in perfect working order when it was dropped off at [redacted]. I just wanted then to install some hubs and a horn (They were paid for this) answer-the truck was not in perfect condition and thats why it was dropped off(see info to #3). We also installed the front hubs(provided by customer) while it was here.5. After installation of the hubs and horn, my 4x4 did not work anymore and neither did the horn, my reverse lights and electric mirrors.  answer-all the parts worked, it was dropped off covered in mud with these new issues. If they did not work why wasnt the truck dropped off before or not taken due to being not finished.6. I took the truck BACK to then on a Sunday September 13. They were closed but the truck was left and the keys were delivered in person by me the next day.(Monday September 14th) Jackie (my husband) spoke to [redacted] and told him "I think the horn blew a fuse because it does not work and neither does my 4x4 and my electric mirrors and reverse light are not working either. answer-All customers that drop vehicles off fill out a customer sheet, non was filled out by her. We did not hear from Jackie for 4 weeks to know what we needed to do with the truck. If fuses blew why are we accused of not installing hubs properly?7.Jackie called back on September 17th and spoke to Jessie himself. Jessie said "I'm glad you called because [redacted] did not write down what you said or your phone number, so I really did not understand what was going on with your truck." answer-She doesnt have accurate info once again because he stopped by and it wasnt till then that we had a correct phone number or info on what was going on with the truck.8. Jackie has been in contact with [redacted] at least 2x a week the whole time the truck has been there. answer-yes we have spoken to jackie several times(not 2x aweek, since he works off shore)9.  They were paid CASH upon the completion of the installation of the hubs and the horn. answer- I would see this as response to the truck was completed and not as she has claimed With that being said, THEY STILL HAVE MY [redacted] TRUCK AND I AM STILL WITHOUT A VEHICLE.Final answer- These claims are being made be someone that has no direct information and knowledge of all repair information about this vehicle. Making constant claims that only seem to slander and produce false information about our work and information about the truck. Im not sure why she feels the need to harass and slander our business. We work on each vehicle as they are scheduled in and/or dropped off. We have put this one ahead of others to help resolve this constant slander and harassment. We have also informed them they are welcome to pick up the truck at any time they wish. the work being done is for electrical issues and there is no set time on how long it takes to resolve an electrical issue. Needless to say the reason its here is not a result of our previous work. The multiple claims that she has made are incorrect, false and considered slander.
