Because of the plumbing configuration the line was impossible to jett from the outside, if they had even attempted they would have found this out and nothing would have been done. The building manager had to hire a company to go in from the inside of the building to jett the line... so seeing as they never came in to do that clearly the task was not done.All of this is documented and the building manager and company that did actually jett our lines are more than willing to make a statement confirming.So the charge of 200 dollars was paid for work that was never done. Also in Mrs. [redacted]'s statement the bottle that was found was found because they were cleaning the trap. I am assuming the reason they came early did nothing and left was because they realized that the line could not be jetted from the outside and instead of being honest they just left and charged us.
