I bought a holster from them at a gun show in *** ***The holster did not work correctly as advertised and I contacted shark tac by telephoneI was told to send the holster back and they would fix it or send me another holsterI sent it to them and I have not heard anything back at all in in about four weeks and they will not return my phone calls or email attempts
Bought holster the belt clips brokesaid he’d replace them since he offers lifetime warrantybeen a month and still no belt clips! Horrible customer service will advise others not to buy and have to deal with this person
Have purchased custom holsters in past years, & have found them to be very reliable No Complaints !! Nice, & Professional to deal with will deal with company in future, & recomend to all my friends
