Advanced A/C & Refrigeration

I had Advanced A/C & Refrigeration install a new *** Air Conditioner in my home last year! He recommended a unit that housed a box unit filter, he said it's a one time fee of 100.00 then each year you call me and I will come back and install a new filter that's all there is to it. I said great install it. Fast forward 1 Year. It took almost 3 months to get him over to install a new filter. He finally had his man come and install a filter. Which by the way it is a cardboard filter doesn't fit it's the wrong filter and the wrong size. Gave me a bill for 135.00. I refused to pay. I tried to contact him to discuss the issue to no avail. So now I have ordered a filter through an other company. While he was here installing the unit he broke my laminate flooring. Which he wouldn't take care of. Then the unit didnt work. He came back and something wasn't installed right. It does work now. His main concern was preaching Jehovah witness religion to me. He will not return phone calls. Very very poor business man. And very poor representative for the ***.
