purchased the wasser zemits hydrodermabrassion. Machine is just ok and for the price you would think it would be amazing. This company has the worse customer service. Their virtual assistant (AI) does not even answer questions. you can type anything and the AI will tell you to visit their show room - Conversation ends at that point. I Try to buy parts - wand heads, which only last 4 months by the way and they don't tell you this when you buy the machine that the crappy design doesn't even last. Plus you cannot purchase the ones you need, you have to purchase all tips for a nice fat price of $89 - yes that is outrageous. the o ring which needs to be on the wand to hold the tips on cannot even stay on the wand - they go flying across the room and they cannot be seen since they blend in so well. These are not even an option to order more anywhere on their web site. A person should receive a bag of these rubber o rings since they don't even stay put. The mark up on these items is crazy $89 for something that cost $1 to make - seriously so disappointed in this entire experience. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I was referred to [redacted] office by my a business associate who gave him rave reviews. I scheduled an appointment for his free consultation service. I also referred him to a girlfriend who's schedule wasn't as busy, so she saw him promptly and said he was very cordial and spoke with her for about 45 minutes, so I was looking forward to what he had to say....Being I live 20 minutes North of Bonners Ferry my trip was very long, but I still arrived 5 minutes early. My complaint is I never saw the Doctor A women directed me into a counseling room...My first comment is , am I going to be seeing the Doctor, and she said yes, then she asked me what I was looking for ..I explained my past experiences with similar procedures and what I was looking for....after about 10 minutes, I said" am I going to see the Doctor" my thinking is this girl is really sweet , but I need to see the Doctor...She , [redacted], left the room only to return a few minutes later to tell me the Doctor is held up in his previous procedure and will not be able to see you...I was a bit taken back...here I traveled 93 miles, was on time, filled out all the paperwork, one including if I missed my appointment I would pay him $75.00 and he doesn't even have the consideration and respect to at least come in for a second and apologize and reschedule me.. I was furious....Desired Settlement: I want a letter of explanation as to why, my time was considered less valuable than his. I left my business, drove 93 miles, which took over 2 hours, only to be dismissed.

The cute young women who I spoke with said he would be able to see me if I came back and then he could see me before Pre-Op... That is totally unexceptable ..

However, occasionally circumstances beyond our control affect our schedule and we don’t always run on time. In this case the surgeon was involved in an operation that ran over the allotted time and this affected the schedule. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their answer to my complaint is total fabrication. I arrived on time after my 2 hour drive. Never within the 40 minutes or so that I was in their office was I Told I need to reschedule. I only spoke with the young assistant/receptionist who eventually told me that his procedure took longer than he anticipated and he would not be able to see me but I did not need to see him to schedule a procedure. That was not acceptable to me. Once I returned home I phoned them to let them know how unhappy I was with how I was treated. I have since found another Physcian who I am very happy with and would never recommend [redacted].
