Special shout out to KENNETH who was the bomb! I had a unique issue, actually, one he claimed was "a first." Kenneth was well in touch with me throughout the morning to let me know when he would arrive, he was courteous, friendly, and personable. He also provided excellent and speedy service while I was on my lunch break so work so that I could get back to work. Thanks, Kenneth and Advanced Air Care! I highly recommend.

All I have to say is WOW! AACS discovered a severe mold problem we had throughout our vents. They thoroughly cleaned the entire system, including the external unit (an addition they did for FREE!) and coated the interior of the vents with a special formula that prevents any further mold growth. They then installed a high quality lifetime electrostatic filter and UV light to kill any future mold and remove any dangerous particulates. Throughout the entire process, they showed me each step of what they were doing. From the beginning they were incredibly forthright and honest. I have rarely felt so confident about having work done on my house but they went above and beyond! I can finally breathe in my own house again! I didn't even realize how much it had been affecting me until they took care of it. On top of that, they even got my garage door working again! Life as a whole has gotten so much better. Thank you guys! Would absolutely recommend!

The first thing I do when purchasing a new home: get the air ducts clean. I'm so glad my family and I hired Sunny and the AACS team. They did a wonderful job, they genuinely care about the air quality in our new home, and took the time yo thoroughly explain each step of the cleaning process. Advanced Air Care came to my house to clean my clogged evaporator coils. They did a great lob at a very reasonable price. While there, they noticed I have some mold in my unit, So I have scheduled them to clean and sanitize the entire system and the duct work. As an added bonus they are also going to clean my dryer vent for Free!

The company advertised $125 clean your vents but up sold me on a UV light system cleanser and install. All went well. I then had an inspection done by another company and they find the system not working, not even properly installed. I contacted Mr. with this company and who installed the equipment. I requested a refund but he would not. I spent $1175.00 That cost included the cleaning of vents, He charged me $596.00fornthe equipment.

Improper Business and Service
The company offered Air Duct Cleaning for $129 per unit with unlimited vents on contract(with valpak coupon), but demanded for $275 dollars per unit more to perform sanitizing before vent cleaning and lied saying there is mold and brush would be damaged. In essence, they charged for $560 dollars for the air duct cleaning without cleaning all vents in home and the sanitizing was performed after the vent cleaning has started (so the person initially demanded santizied to be done first).
