***, I am writing to respond to your complaint through the Revdex.com as well as all of the negative reviews you have posted on ***,**, etc This particular appointment for your pet was requested through our online service ( [redacted] ) which has a trackable communication tool We responded to your wife confirming the appointment and in the body of this we quoted the price of $for the Rehabilitation consult that she was requesting She responded to this email confirming the appointment as well as made comments about your dog When your family attended the appointment and you were checked in at the front desk, we confirmed the cost for the consult with your wife and you continued with the appointment Dr [redacted] spent hours with your pet and performed an excellent job with the consult and physical therapy recommendations At the time of discharge you refused payment and have then accused us of telling you the appt would be free This did not happen We proceeded to email you multiple communications requesting payment as well as multiple phone calls and after there was no resolution, we elected to send you to pre-collections We feel that we have given the correct information from the beginning, provided the correct estimate as well as multiple attempts at followup communication with no success We are sorry that you feel a need to slander our business and make un-true statements about us because you are upset that we finally had to send this bill to collections We wish you the best and will you allow you to resolve the balance with the collection agency I am attaching your record and all of our communication with you as well as a copy of the appointment request and cost quote for the appointment to this for your reference If I can provide you with further information or help in any other way, please let us know We would appreciate you stopping the slanderous behavior of saying negative things about our facility and medical care due to you being angry that you don't want to pay a bill that is due Regards, Dr [redacted] ***, Owner Advanced Animal Care of Colorado

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the explanation of what happened with your visit The supporting documents demonstrate that not only was the appointment fee confirmed before you attended the appointment, it was also addressed at our front desk before going through the appointment We strive for every customer to be satisfied and we are disappointed that you did not find value in the amount of time that Dr *** spent with you We are aware that the fee was discussed with you in advance but in an effort to make things right for you, we will credit the price of a New Client First Exam ($53) toward the total fee that you were charged for a Rehabilitation Comprehensive Exam and Consultation (which is the service you received)We hope this resolves your concern Regards, Dr *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: We weren't told about having to pay anything until the end of the appointment. We didn't come there there to cause trouble we came because your advertisement claimed free consultation. Had we known about those fees we would have denied services and left the business without hesitation. Instead you hid the fees from us until the end and then instead of sending a bill we got harassing phone calls from a debt collection agency. That is not how you make business at least not repeat business.  I refuse your claim since all of your replies have just been you saying that I am wrong, same garbage you guys write for all the negative remarks. Luckily I am not the only one complaining. It's not the right time to be taking advantage of clients. We would not have seen the vet had we known about the $140 visit fee. Please reimburse our payment, we never reviewed a single email from your company. Might need to check on that too.
