On Saturday 2/4/Ms*** came into the store to inquire about hair servicesShe saw that Ms*** our stylist, was creating a custom pink wig for another guestShe inquired if she could get a sew in and have the hair dyed a lavender ombreShe was told that it is possible but she would
need to purchase our blond hair to achieve that colorMs*** declined and insisted on using our regular 1b virgin hair which was on saleShe said she was price conscious and did not want to spend the additional money for the hairShe was then spoken to by the stylist, the manager and the csa who explained to her she could not achieve that color on the hairShe decided to take her chances and she would accept the color the way it came out. Under circumstances, a guest would leave the hair to be dyed then come back for the sew in appointmentHowever, Ms*** really wanted her hair done on this particular day and since there was time in the book Ms*** agreed to do itMs*** was told that she would have to wait--as a walk in -- because Ms*** was working on another appointmentMs*** went and purchased a rinse--which is what she normally does so that the guest can dye the hair repeatedly without compromising the hair. She started the process of lifting the hair and when she noticed it was not getting light enough she approached the customer again who insisted that she continueMs*** did as asked and dyed the hair which did not come out the way the guest expectedMs*** showed the guest and they came to the conclusion that she would do an all over purple lookMs*** then went over the hair with a permanent purple color which the guest picked out herself from the beauty supply store. Before starting the sewin multiple people asked her if she wanted to continue because We could not get the hair to be the color that she wantedShe said yesMs*** then proceeded to sew in her hairShe was asked if she liked it and she said yes--to multiple peopleShe then paid the amount owed and leftShe was in the salon from around to after because she was a walk in client. On 2/4/Ms*** left a message on the Lola's Hair instagram account and our area manager ontacted her As part of our process our area manager asked her what happened and why she was unsatisfied.She began to informed her a series of events that were untrue without realizing she spoke to the area manager initiallyShe apologized on behalf of my team and offered her to come into the salon to allow us to change the color for her and give her another sew in--complimentary.She told her she had already gone to another salon and had them dye the hair and reinstall itShe said ALL she wanted was the money back for the color service so she recoup from the other sew inHowever she was still offered her the money and the complimentary sew inShe declined saying that we were all really nice but she did not want anything to do with Ms.*** or any of out stylists She came in a few days later to pick up her refund In conclusion, despite the effort made by my team to inform client not to buy 1b hair for the color she wanted to achieve, she insisted on getting the 1b, confirmed her hair braiding pattern and swas ok and we still provided some refund to herAsking for extra refund at this point after leaving happy initially and the second time is sending conflicting message. It is also important to note after being provided with her refund and making efforts to work with her amicably, offering free service for her next install Ms *** has written multiple reviews *** tarnishing our imageWe are not willing to provide additional refund.Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
[It was understood that the color that I wanted would not be achieved and as stated in the previous complaint I was content with this.  I know that this as a reality, as I have had my hair colored before.  [redacted] was working on another client's wig when I came in and again, I understood that I had to wait.  I was completely content with this as well.  In the process of waiting, another client came in and [redacted] proceeded to dye that client's wig as well.  This was not a client that made an appointment.  Even then, I was fine with this.  I just wanted my hair colored and installed.  Not once did the girls asked me if I liked my hair.  I also paid for my hair, as well as the services rendered BEFORE [redacted] started her work.  I was vocal and told them when I did not like the color the hair came out.  It did not come out purple at all, which was why I went out to purchase a dye.  When after the dye was reapplied,  it came out different shades of dark purple.  I was not happy with the color because it was multiple shades of uneven purple.  I was also not satisfied with the sew in because when I came home I saw that I had a huge lump on my head.  I have proof that I contacted not only the social media manager about my hair, but I ALSO contacted [redacted] through her social media asking her to get in contact with me to schedule an appointment to fix my hair.  I sent her pictures of the work to justify the request.  She has not responded to me.  I left the that night after the ladies apologized for not giving me the color I wanted.  When they I apologized, I simply said "its okay.  Good night."  I should have advocated for myself and have told them them I was not happy, but at that point it was late and it made no sense in asking them to fix it.  I should advocated for myself early.  Either way, I did and I don't feel as if its fair that I ended up having to pay for a service.  Please understand that I do not have an issue with the amount of time I waited to do my hair.  I have an issue with the services rendered.  I do not wish to malign the brand, but hold your stylists accountable for the services rendered.  Unfortunately, after I have had my experience, a friend of mine told me that she had sent up an appointment at the same location and a stylist named [redacted] (if I am not mistaken) had to fix two clients hair that complained about services rendered by [redacted].  If you cannot perform a service correctly or take accountability for your mistakes then you need to re-evaluate whether or not you should be in a service profession.]
