Installed a pressure tank valve, for an elderly woman, 30 minutes and a 30 part max, and charged 300.00. Talk about business ethics... [redacted] company to take advantage of elderly. The bill just say pv valve replaced, nothing else. I will be stopping in for a chat.. do not use this company..

I've only used them a couple times for washer/dryer problems.

I am presently getting ready to make a call for a third visit from them to replace a duct in the 'crawl space' under the house.

This is one of the worst appliance service centers that we have ever worked with. They asked us to be home from 1-6 two days in a row and didn't show up. The supervisor was demeaning, sarcastic, and disrespectful. We will never work with them again.

I am a member of [redacted], Home warranty company. This company been dispatched to work on my dishwasher. Aug 20th was the first service call. It isis now September 22nd and my machine is still not repaired. Not able to meet service time windows, ordering wrong parts, technicians unable to find the problem... All have occurred and continue at this time.

This place socks, the receptionist, and the office manager [redacted]) whoever the [redacted] is, makes false promises... My wife and I receive better customer service at a Sonic Drive through....I wish all of the Advanced families the hottest summer and the coldest winter, three repairs later I'm still w/o any format of AC. save you money, sanity and time.....Stay away

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Advanced Appliance Service, Inc. I have had the same recurring problem. I called today, October 16, 2015 because my heating until will not come on. I had them come out approximately April 2014 and April 2015 now I am requesting they come out again. The temperature is getting ready to drop dramatically and they can't come out until Monday. If I depended upon them I could be cold the entire weekend, which is unacceptable to me. They will happily take your money but can't provide quality service in a timely manner for a recurring customer. They can't fix the product to work longer than 1 year at a time, this is unacceptable to me. I now must find a new company immediately and pay a new company because Advanced will not come and check what they were supposed to have fixed properly the 1st time.

Outstanding professionals; knowledgeable and honest. I am happy to have these good folks taking care of my home. Highly recommend.
