My office did inspect *** *** vehicle May 8, for accident damage to the door of her vehicle that occurred on January 30, Advanced Appraisal write appraisals for over thirty different insurance companies and we must follow each company's guidelinesMy office explained ot ***
*** several times that her past insurance carrier allows us to access her claim immediately and we are able to complete an appraisal that day or the next day as was done for her in the past***’s new company has a different system that the carrier has to download the file to us so we can complete the appraisalThis system also allows us that same service once we receive the fileWe tried everything in our power to expedite this process but *** had not even reported the clai yet to the carrier(or info had not reached them yet)This now was delaying the download process from her carrier(I did review the loss and complaint myself and did question why the loss was on January 30, and was brought to us four months later and from Friday the 8th to Wednesday the 13th caused her to write a formal complaint even after we explained it’s the system her carrier uses and the claim not being reportedWe try to offer excellent service to my knowledge have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com

The complaint requested that Advanced Appraisal honor giving the appraisal within a 24-hour turn-around period and that did not happen. Within the miscommunication, the final task was not completed by the person who said that they would [his name was [redacted]]. Due to lack of communication and failure to provide the appraisal in a timely fashion, I had to go some place else for assistance. This complaint can be closed and marked as unresolved.
