Ms***, I was able to follow up with the District Manager and the Store Manager regarding Ms [redacted] I don’t know if the dates are mixed up on the complaint, but here is what I have from Ms [redacted] She submitted a complaint on Feb via email, I received the email and phone call from Ms [redacted] about her complaint, here is our response: We received a complaint from Ms [redacted] on Feb 9, After the complaint was received it was forwarded to the District Manager and Store Manager to address I received a reply from the District Manager that he had spoken to Ms [redacted] and was having her go out to another store location to address the shaking The store manager [redacted] from the other location did confirm that Ms [redacted] did come into to the store the following business day and they addressed and resolved the shaking issue The Manager [redacted] informed me that he asked Ms [redacted] if there was anything else they can assist her with and she replied “NO” If Ms [redacted] is having another service issue we will be glad to assist in getting it resolved She can contact the Store location she got the last service and ask for [redacted] (Store Manager) at [redacted] or the District Manager [redacted] at [redacted] and they will make sure she gets taken care of Thanks, [redacted] ***

Ms***, What was the date of the response? I ask because I got this response from the District Manager on May 11, 2016: Good afternoon ***, Mrs [redacted] was at store on 5/9/where her vehicle was serviced we placed hub rings on the wheels along with replacing all the tiresThe manager of the store [redacted] also spoke to Mrs [redacted] and asked if she had any problems for her to contact himI called the number we have listed for her the home number is disconnected and I called the cell number and left a messageI will send an update when I speak to Mrs [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Mr [redacted] has apparently reached out to her after the service and was awaiting a return call If there is anything else that needs addressing she can return the call from Mr [redacted] from the message left for her Thanks, [redacted] ***

Hello, Thank you for calling me about this complaint We are a rent to own company We deal with different vendorsWhich means we really are based on the availability of their inventory If [redacted] was missing a ribbet for his wheels, that is a special part that we have to order from our vendor and if they tell us that is on back order unfortunately theres nothing we can do All though we do let our customers know about it Customer return the merchendise to us back on May 27, On response what he said about being one day late on his payment Our company has no grace period, thefore every payment is due in the due date or beforeWich customer is notify of it at the time they are signing their conract And they are also aware that they can return at any time with no obligations as long as the merchendise is not damageIf you will need more information please email me and I will do my best to help you Thank you [redacted]
