As of 02/05/2016 initial funds placed in ATM by customer have already been deposited back to their business bank account. In fairness to us, we were in communication with customer since they first called our offices regarding this. It took us some time to figure out problem and we...
also understand it was frustrating for merchant as well, but we did let merchant know we would find out what issue was and correct it regardless of what the issue or cause was. We have done that, communicated that to merchant and let them know of procedures going forward to let them know how they can also monitor deposits more closely. We service over 1,000+ ATM locations and we want all of customers to be satisfied with our service. Our apologies to our customer for the inconvenience.
