Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] to Whom it may concern,I do not accept the dealers response I found out Friday that these vehicles had an engine recall and the dealer neglected to give me any information about it Not only that apparently the issue is so severe that my mechanic and the gentleman that towed the car mentioned quote " these things are dropping like flies"As I stated on y complaint, I requested a refund of the money days after I picked up the vehicle due to the extreme vibration and the dealership refused I will seek legal action against them.Thanks Regards, [redacted]
Mr [redacted] , Thank you very much for taking the time to review your purchaseYour input and the feedback from all of our customers are very important to usPer your comment, when you purchased the vehicle we gave you the paperwork with all the explanation of your car’s warranty, which was Days or whichever came firstAnd we also encourage all of our customers to obtain an extended warranty; in case a such unfortunate event like yours occurs, which you decline to obtain itYou drove in one month, thousand miles (Just the miles itself transpired our obligation by law to use the days warranty that your vehicle carried)Also, we suggest you to contact [redacted] dealership “might” have a extend warranty on your vehicleSince you drove that many miles in a short period of time, I hope that you have done at least oil changes by nowThe vibration problem it was a wheel that [redacted] left loose when they did the alignmentBut the issue was taken care and had nothing to do with the engineWe wish you the best luck and that you can solve your issue soon as possibleBest Regards Advanced Auto Sales Team

or 1250 whichever came first. And we also encourage all of our customers to obtain an extended warranty; in case a such unfortunate event like yours occurs, which you decline to obtain it. You drove in one month, 10 thousand miles (Just the miles itself transpired our obligation by law to use the 30 days warranty that your vehicle carried). Also, we suggest you to contact [redacted] dealership “might” have a extend warranty on your vehicle. Since you drove that many miles in a short period of time, I hope that you have done at least 3 oil changes by now. The vibration problem it was a wheel that [redacted] left loose when they did the alignment. But the issue was taken care and had nothing to do with the engine.
