I am rejecting this response because the car was brought in multiple times and have the car returned back to me in less than expected condition off 100% satisfactionThe vehicle was received back with overspray throughout the vehicle which is unacceptableA refund should be provided for me to take the vehicle professionally corrected and fixed to standardsAdvanced Collision was paid accordingly by Geico and service should be until the customer is completely satisfied with the repairIf I will have to pay out of my pocket to fix the repairs made by Advanced Collision I should be reimbursed for that amountI only find that to be the fair solution to this complaint

September11, 2015 Towhom it may concern:Mr***’s vehicle a Nissan 370Z was repaired in our Biloxi locationThis beingan Insurance claim the insurance company wrote an estimate for repairs which wefollowed completely. Mr*** returnedseveral days after picked up his vehicle, with corrective issues one being some paint flaws and a chip on the lip of the rearbumper cover that looked to be causedfrom a rock while drivingWe corrected these issues. We also corrected a rock chip on the hoodthat we touched up for himHis rocker panel was not fitting properly so wealso addressed this issue for Mr*** with the insurance company. I never told Mr*** that he would have aflawless repair or would I tell any customer thatAll cars that have beenrepaired will have signs of being repairedThis is why insurance companiesoffer diminished value claims with customersMr*** did submit and receivea diminished value check from this claim for over two thousand dollars. Mr*** complained about an issue he hadwith the insurance company about his rocker panel and stated he wanted itreplacedThe insurance company explained that this was unreasonable and thatthe diminished value check was for things like this. The insurance company explained that avehicle involved in a wreck was not going to be perfect or flawless and could showsome signs of being repair. After finally having the opportunity to wash my vehicle I have noticed a rough texture on all panels that Advanced Collision worked on during the repairs. The hood, front bumper, passenger side front quarter panel, passenger side door panel, passenger side rear quarter panel, and passenger side of...

the rear bumper all have a rough texture and feel when I was drying the vehicle. When I was wiping the microfiber cloth through you can hear a sound as you wipe down the mentioned panels. That said, I tried the same procedure on the driver side panels and all had a smooth feeling and no sound as I wiped. If need be I can provide proof of this.All that said, for a resolution I would like for Advanced Collision to repaint the hood, front bumper, passenger side front quarter panel, passenger side door panel, passenger side rear quarter panel and passenger side of the rear bumper at a different body shop or a refund for the amount paid by Geico for the repaint of the panels.  I would still like to include everything that I mentioned on the original complaint and this is just an addition to it.
