I am in receipt of your letter dated September 7, 2016, requesting a follexplanation and a "good faith effort to resolve the dispute" regarding the above referenced complaint filed with The Revdex.com. Advanced Auto Service of Germantown prides itself on providing complete

However, *** *** (complainant) is correct he did forward an e-mail (see enclosed page #2) requesting the cost of a Maryland State InspectionAs you are aware Advanced Auto Service of Germantown responded with the two separate pricesOne is for $and the other is $In no way in the e-mail does it state his charge would be $75.00. *** *** predetermined the service charge would be $*** *** has a larger car (European) and posted in our office the first thing you see is a cost for Maryland State InspectionsIt clearly states our ratesHis unfounded accusation that a "Bait and Switch" transpired is ludicrous.Initially, when *** *** came into the office customarily they fill out a history report (see page #4)*** *** did fill out the paperwork and the price was quotedHe did not protest at that timeIf he had protested he had the right to leave and not have the service done.
