Review: I took the vehicle in for an emissions test & was told 2 leave the key and have a seat in the waiting room. The car was started and driven by a mechanic into a service bay, where the emissions test was performed and then driven out of the bay and parked. When I got 2 the vehicle and attempted 2 start it, the car would not start. The owner placed a battery charge test device on the battery which tested ok. I then asked the owner what they did 2 my vehicle 2 make it stop working? He claimed that I had either a battery issue or an alternator issue but did not offer to either jump the vehicle or do any other diagnostics 2 find the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my emissions inspection and reimbursement for the cost of towing 2 another service provider (a total of $98).
