I am rejecting this response because: I will produce my phone records showing dates & length of calls (granted it can't show content of conversations) but IF the 2 females I spoke to clam they never spoke to me...I would like to know who (they clam) I spoke to...and prove they never called me to say the work (that was never done) was done. I also need to see who they billed for the "warrenty" work they say they did..and the actual date they billed the paying party.I have voice mails from,[redacted] stating that the Dealer (advanced auto) isn't returning calls, and a receipt that says work was done on a date that's BEFORE I even dropped it off !??? Their alleged stories have Som,many inconsistancys ....
Where / how can I send ct Revdex.com copies of VM & paperwork?

Review: I bought a [redacted] XP850ES from [redacted] in 2010, with a 5year warrenty. After EXTREAMY BAD experience in [redacted] I went to ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE in [redacted] Ct. The 1st time there was Wonderful....I then on MAY 20TH 2015 dropped off the previously mentioned ATV for oil & filter change, to also have a busted plow rack bolt tapped out....and a transmission problem (machine has to be "rolled / rocked to engage it into gear) to be repaired . after nearly 4 MONTHS or ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE telling me it was waiting for parts...I called [redacted] USA and was informed they had NO RECORD of this, and [redacted] called ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE for over 2 weeks with NO CALL BACK.. After talking to,[redacted] and opening a claim ( claim # [redacted]. Spoke with Kia @ [redacted]) upon FINALLY picking up my ATV NONE of the work was done, the shop CONSTANTLY telling me parts where on order...and the transmission issues are still the same, and the warenty is now expired ....the shop refused to give me any paperwork..until I said I will call state police if they didn't....they did so VERY reluctantly ...offering to Mail it to me. The Service manager Bill then load3d the ATV in my truck in a fashion that was UNSAFE to unload, when I asked him why it was loaded so...he was MORE then sarcastic saying "how did that happen" when HE him self loaded it...then drove away on fork lift. My main issue is the transmission is STILL BAD....and due to their holding the ATV for 4 months and NOT contacting me OR performing any work...the warrentys are expired ...and the unsafe machine is still just that....unsafe. They printed a Bogus paper work stating work done at No charge WARENTTE work...I want to see who they charged for warranted work, GE/[redacted] and IF NO paper work has been filed....they Obviously didn't do anything. I NEED to take ATV to another shop to have work done, and NOW ite NOT under warrentys....Desired Settlement: When a estimated diagnosis & proposed work is done .....and warrentys don't cover it due to warrentys expired the [redacted] shop (ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE [redacted] ct) should be liable for ALL changes as well as legal fees and loss time of machine .there actions are 100% unacceptable for ANY business. Outrageous!!!

To whom it may concern : my name is Bill with Advanced Automotive and just read a complaint issued by a [redacted] and I am totally taken back by his accusations , first of all he stated he was told parts where on order and had told me on a phone conversation that he was spoken to rudely by a girl , so I talked to both girls I have here and both denied ever talking to him. So I thought I cleared it up with him on a conversation I had but after reading these lies I know now no one here talked to him as he described. I had told him the day before showing up to give me notice so we could charge the battery and clean machine which that was ignored , no big deal , he also never threaten to call the police , I also loaded it and was never sarcastic to him and was loaded perfectly. With his job he fly’s all over the country and it was hard for him to pick it up. It was done many weeks prior to pick up and I told him that. This is the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. I also went over on the phone what was done and he never said anything about a oil change or broken bolts and when I asked him why he didn’t mention that he had forgot. [redacted] has no idea what parts are ordered for what machine there is no vin # tied to a order. I have never had a complaint prior to this , and I can’t say enough this is just plain weird !!!!!
