Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The issue here is the shop's deceitfulness and unprofessionalism, plus $that was payed for something that has the same problemThey only want to talk about my wife's demeanor and decibel level at that timeShe has a right to express her feelings and opinions, especially considering she works hard for her money, never had a problem with the car before, and now has issues with it after a "repair" was doneTakes the car back on a Friday, which is weeks prior to what the shop is talking about, and experienced dishonest, shady treatment, which put us in a bind for the weekend and the following Monday, which is worst than her words and "loudness", never mind the shop's choice of words mixed with cussingCan you blame her?!! About the police, I called them myself weeks prior because of the shop's original dishonestyTheir cop story is nothing but a frontNothing we said or did warranted their presenceI'm sure they would have been called or got in touch with us if there was a needWhether or yrwarranty, we responded back within the allotted time, so the shop is still on the hookThe water pumped has been fixed, not by them, because we don't trust them, and there IS STILL NO HEAT.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I took the car there only for an alignment at firstI stated to them that I did the rear pads and got all new tires the day before At that point I realized that the front were why worst than I thought Thinking of the safety of my child is why I gave them the go ahead to do the repairs on the front brakes I knew something was wrong with the car which is why I wouldn't put my child in the car I had some else drive the the car to the shop as I drove my truck with my child, at that point I left the car with them and didn't get it back until the next day When them called me the next day I was informed that they did an inspection It that point they told me they noticed the belt was also cracked and should be changed soon The car was picked up that afternoon and drove straight home ( approximately miles ) The next day it was driven and at that point overheated and blew up At this point it was discovered that there was no radiator cap Coolant and oil was all over the engine compartment When I called to ask why I was told that they had no reason to open it and that they would never check it as part of a complementary inspection Then proceed to talk down to me claiming that I was blaming them for something that was already wrong Mistakes happen and I understand that, which is why I was calm well talking to him but you should take responsibility for them I was impressed first walking into their shop and they seemed really nice and friendly but after this I never want to step foot in there again!
Sincerely,

This car was brought in with front brake worn to the metal so far that the brake pad metal (back of pad) was worn to a 7mmThe back of that metal brake pad is 14mm when new and is not able to stop the car at this pointThey wore these brakes so far that the bake of the brake bade was coming out of
the caliperAlso as was stated the baby was in the car and if he wants to dramatise the safety of the baby being in the car this was so dangerous the car was barely stopping when brought in our shop and yes the baby was in the carWe did inspect the car but the radiator cap was not removed for any inspectionWhy he thinks this was done I can't imagineThis car has been worked on by other people recently and just had new brakes done in the rearWe are not responsible for a faulty partIf any so called damage to the engine was done it was because the car was continued to be driven when is so called overheated and they did not stop the engine

Our warranty is 1 Year or 12,000. My son Travis was trying to explain to Mr. [redacted] that  it was not a bad heater core and the heater will not work when it is low on water. Mr. [redacted] wife became very irate and was very loud. There were 2 customers in the office at this time. 1 elderly gentleman...

went out into the shop to get the other mechanic for help,  Mrs. [redacted]'s yelling really bothered him. The other customer had to step in and ask Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to leave. They are not welcome back, I spoke to the Salem police dept so it is on record they will be arrested for trespassing if they come back.  We do not have a problem fixing any work as long as that is the problem. The mechanic say water coming out of the water pump the customers declined the work.

I took my vehicle to get an oil leak fixed and a few other problems. I left my vehicle for a week while I was out of town. When I got back I went to pick up vehicle. I was assured everything was fixed and so I paid my bill in excess of 1200.00.
The next morning I had an oil leak bigger than when I had left it with them. I took vehicle back and after another week they had it fixed. An additional 800.00 plus was billed to me. This all took place around the first of July 2015.
I had a sensor go out this week 9/2015. I checked codes and another problem showed up. I searched for the problem and found that when it had been worked on in July, two wire had been cut at a solenoid, giving me a code.
This is the only shop that has ever worked on my engine, yet they denied that they wouldn't cut wires but unplug the connector.
For this reason I could never recommend this company for automotive repair.
