I called a couple high rated home improvement companies and when I called Advanced Builders and Contractors I knew off the bat this is the company I would hire to remodel my master bathroom. I called them early morning left my information and the young lady in the office said she would review it with a project manager. The very next morning she called me with an appointment date. That quick! And my project went just like that; fast and smooth. All the staff I worked with from Advanced were helpful and very respectful. When the project manager came out to my home in Woodland Hills he got right to business. I asked him how long it would take, I also asked him about materials and labor and all the good stuff. He gladly went over line per line of the contract with me so there were no misunderstanding. If you need a remodeling project done Advanced is the perfect company to call. They are honest professional company.

I was planning on remodeling my home because it hasn't been remodeled in plus years and it's outdatedSo I started looking for people to help me upgrade and modernize my homeI looked around for a while but I finally had my mind set on Advance Builders and ContractorsThey were very helpful on everything and the project manager was always great! Always kept in touch and updated me on how things were going I found different ideas from magazines and online that I liked, so I brought these ideas to the project manager and he said he could make it happenWe renovated our kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace The end result was amazing! I will keep them in mind for when I want to remodel any other room in my home! I had hired Advanced Builders & Contractors to have some work done in the house include the kitchen and all three bathrooms in the houseIlan the general contractor from Advanced was referred to us by one of our best friends who just completed a kitchen remodel with them
Since their kitchen came out really nice we decided to give them a try We also received estimates from other contractors and the last one to meet was IlanIlan knew what to do , gave us a fair estimate and we couldn't be happierFor the kitchen they installed creamy glossy prefabricated cabinets, quartz counter top and also tile back splash
The bathrooms are beautiful! They did subway tile walls and pebbles shower floor
Our new kitchen remodel is amazing and totally changed the look of the houseEverything flew well together
No hidden cost, we paid exactly what the estimate said
There was no mess! Clean up was thorough

I am amazed by Advanced Builders & Contractors from the moment I called and scheduled an appointment with them*** was so pleasant to talk to, she emailed me right away with our scheduled appointment and a kind reminder phone call on the day of the appointment*** arrived minutes early of the scheduled time but because I was with another contractor, therefore, *** waited outside patiently until I was doneI had few contractors came out to my property in Woodland Hills, CA to do some remodeling but found out that Nicki was the most sincere and honest personI will definitely call *** for my future remodeling projects and for sure recommend ABC to family and friends

I've lived in the same house for almost five years and it had always bothered me how big the bedrooms areI like to sleep in a tighter spaceMy wife and I both doOne day we were discussing this with a friend and she says, why don't we have a part of your room turned into an en suite bathroom

Doing our research, two companies came highly recommended from friends who had used themI called both and got estimatesThe quotes were very similar, but the guy at Advanced won it because of his attitudeHe seemed very aware that this was our home we were talking about, not just another job or a house we were flipping for profit
His attitude clearly filtered down to the people who did the jobThey were very professional, seemed to work non-stop, and called me into the room whenever there was any type of major update or if they thought there was something I should knowEvery time I had a question and I would ask one of the team members doing construction they would politely respondThey were very respectful to my home; which I highly appreciate
The job they did was first-class, the finishing on the walls, floors and counters is perfectThe bathroom is now our favorite room in the house!
Advanced Builders and Contractors told me it can be done and you bet that they'll be our first and hopefully the only company we call when the time comes

Needed to trim the existing granite countertop to to fit the new range I purchasedGave a very fair price, was easy to contact by phone Kept his appointment and fully explained process Did some unanticipated additional work outside of quote without increasing price Overall, they were warm and friendly while being efficient and professional Would highly recommend
