I had a billing issue with SME that I described in a previous review As soon as MrRowen, the president, found out about it, he called me personally and resolved the issue The company really cares about customer service and demonstrates it in its actions Thank you SME for the excellent customer service

SME supplied me with medical equipment in August of 2014. I was billed for this, and threatened with a collection agwency within 30 days. I paid immediately even though insurance was involved. Over the last 11 months, I have tried to be reimbursed for payment. As of today, SME is holding money that rightly belongs to me as they have been paid by me and by my insurance company. In addition, SME did not file part of the claim in a timely fashion and is now refusing to repay me for its own negligence in filing. I have spoken to so many people at SME over the past year, and everyone has been very nice. No one, however, solves the problem which is the company owes me about 250 dollars and is not paying me.

Seeing that it went through my useless insurance that did not cover it its costing me $ 95.14 . This SME is [redacted] RIPPING US OFF SO DONT TREATING ME IT WILL GO TO COLLECTIONS. UNDER OUR PRESIDENT MEDICAL BILLS DO NOT HURT YOUR CREDIT ANYMORE.... TAKE THAT SME.......IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS THIS YOU HAVE MY NUMBER
