Trying to collect on a loan for that I never applied for.
Mr. was called on 5/5/20. He was aware of his *** account that is in default. He wanted to pay this and set up payment of $5.00 on 5/5/2020 and thereafter $50.00 a month on the 15th of each month to take care of his account. We mailed him the settlement package on 5/6/2020. We received this complaint on 5/11/2020. We have cancelled his arrangement in this matter.
Scam company. Called saying that my uncle owed money for a credit card that he never even opened. I was very polite it was clearly an obvious scam. She refused to give me the mailing address.
Ms. was called in relations to her uncles account. We were unable to contact him. We will not contact her nor her uncle by telephone in the future. We appreciate your assistance in this matter. Should you need anything further please do not hesitate to contact our office.
