Dear Sirs, Reference to your letter dated May 16, regarding the above complaint, Please note that the issue with Ms [redacted] was resolved the same day she contacted me to tell me that she was not happy with the purchase Upon customer request, we cancelled the deal and voided the contract and report of sale and all other paperwork We apologized to the customer for any inconvenience and we refunded the amount they paid and made sure that they are happy and satisfied Ms [redacted] was grateful for the help and she emailed your office and my self on this matter(email below) Copies of all voided documents and a letter from Ms[redacted] indicating that she received back the money paid for the car and she is satisfied and a copy of an email sent to me indicating that she had emailed you was sent to your office by mail I would like to take this opportunity to assure you of our best attention to all customer issues as out ultimate goal is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with all services provided to them Best Regards, [redacted] / Owner Advanced Car Services West Katella Ave # Anaheim, CA

Review: Purchased vehicle on 04/13/2014. Was told there were no major mechanical issues and would just need a new timing belt. On the following day on 04/14/2014, the transmission started slipping and was kicking into gear. Only drove the vehicle about 140 miles until the transmission began to profusely leak. Immediately took to a mechanic shop that specializes in European vehicles. The mechanic removed the transmission and said the transmission has been previously worked on. A new seal was found on the transmission. Another part of the transmission was damaged by the ring around the torque converter. Tried calling the seller of the business and just kept repeating that we signed an as is warranty. The warranty has a couple misspellings. Vehicle was bought by [redacted] Auto Sale but was never registered under Advanced Car Sales.Desired Settlement: Would like the entire refund for the said vehicle of $3,300 or a brand new transmission and cost of labor to replace.
