Yes the car is old and the plastic is really dry and we try are very Best not to break and plastic .but in the case of the customer We did order the parts and it did take time since dealer Did not have them and of the did crack so we gave him new ones He pick them up Even
no we gave him new ones He still wasent happy hey we tired are best to make him Happy so we did give him new ones already

I am rejecting this response because:
He did give me the parts but they were not the right ones. That's why I left upset because this was the 3rd time going back for the parts. I understand the parts take some time to get here but again they were the wrong order. He bought the part that doesn't have a place where the speaker goes. What am I supposed to do with that? I obviously want my correct parts. So he needs to order the correct parts for my car.

her and her son came in to my shop and the got a radio and a alarm I gave her 50% off labor on the radio are labor is posted in...

labor on a radio is regular price is 99.00
she pad 50.00 as far as the alarm she thought she might have power door locks in her car and I said
if she has them I would hook them up our if they
where bad the motors sell for 20.00 each
but her car did not have power locks so there nothing to hook up I still offered her the motors
for the doors at 20.00 each plus labor she did not
like these was yelling on the phone with me
if she wants a refund I will refund the radio
and alarm only not the labor
we sell power door lock motors for 19.99 each
and labor to put them in reg price is 55.00 I told her for the misunderstanding I would help her out and put them in for 40.00 each parts and labor then she got mad and started telling me she going to but a bad review on my company which she did now I have the right to refuse business to a customer so I do not wish to do business with her I don't like people that threatening me our my company if she brings back the radio and the alarm complete I will refund her for the alarm and the radio only not the labor thank you
