When we closed mentioned sale customer was buying displayed items, Because of the larger order and amount I offered to bring new in package items, They agreed since it was going to take about the same time for them to pay off daughter's orderI also mentioned that I was voiding delivery fees since they live in same placeNever mentioned same complex different apartment..When she called to ask about her order I mentioned that the new one was ready at wharehouse with bunk beds, Just waiting for them to pay balance and set up delivery orderActing very upset and not giving me time to talk hung up phone and didnt come to store to ask for refundWe are proud of what we do and try the best with every customer

We offer a complimentary coffee table at time of purchase, Customer decided to order one from catalog and was notified about not being available at that time, Warehouse informed after two weeks that it was discontinued modelCustomer started complaining and saying that we offer tables instead of oneAfter explaining that we cannot warranty a specific model on gifts and that the table set (3) was always available but these are simple and cheaper designs witch he didn't acceptHe was very disrespecful to to my wife and treated herHe bought items that were on display in order to save more but started complaining since time of delivery saying that items didnt match and we were only taking his moneyI offered to stop by that weekend to check options on coffee tables that I just ordered and he was welcome to get one of thoseFinally after some text messages he said Send it!! Now we have to agree on delivery and set up price or tips to team as agreed..Very complicated to deal with him just to save last cent!!

Customer bought displayed item, Then tried to cancel transaction because they said that they wanted a new one, Even after we explained that special orders will take longer. Up to 3 weeks, We received their order in less than 2 weeks, We called both numbers on receipt, Since no one answered I send...

their sofas to the address and left business card on door, We received a call about a week later saying that they gave us different apartment number. Then she asked to hold order because husband was out of town. That is why she is mentioning a month, We gave them the best deal possible because of displayed items and ordered a new one, Then they refused to pay a delivery fee. We gladly accept returns on damaged items and help our customers the best we can to get their replacement soon, In this case they mentioned that it was not the right size, After testing or seating on our displayed models for long periods of time in 2 different visits. After insulting my wife and another customer at my 2nd location they went and talked to me asking for a partial refund because they understand is a business and I have to make money, Stating that it was not the right set for them.. I offered help by selling it used but did not get pictures as I asked them..I apologize but dealing with them was a stressful experience. They paid 700.00 including taxes, Delivery (2 Intents) and on top of that wanted a refund because it wasn't the right thing for them.. I perfectly know that refunding a partial amount I was going to be able to resale items and be able to recuperate money but all my customers deserve respect and I'm not going to bring used couches to my show room.

I am rejecting this response because: I have bill record that mentioned the coffee table is set of three with time number, and she mentioned me that it is not in stock in the stock, 4 weeks after order all records are available, and I paid 200.00 extra for order from catalog. The owner mentioned I disrespectful to his wife and treated her, which this is not true, after few time changing in their statement I told her I am going to call the police, and then she called. Tips is not payable if you are not like the service, Items change with seller’s benefit and/or item deliver delay for more than months. The reason I accept this coffee table because I didn’t want to furniture store keep my coffee table for free how ever he still earn more than 150 for changing my coffee table, and I am not agree for paying tips.
