The service is terrible, if you even call it service I scheduled with them, had to call and find out where they were, was told the truck broke down Called back to schedule with them was given a time and the technician never showed up I called to find out where he was and they never responded to my message
The person on the phone seemed annoyed to talk to me when I did call to make an appointment
Terrible company

They cleaned very good the carpet but they left all the dirty things that my carpet had in front of my yard (almost entrance) and on the side of my yard; Is a recomendation that next time ask to the costumers for a plastic bag if they dont have one.
