We are a company which is involved in coaching chronically ill people to train themselves at home to improve their health. Our clients are generally those who have tried everything traditional and alternative and we are often their last hope. In this regard, we promise to never give up on anyone and to let them know when it is time to go. The minute video below is sent out to all our classes which explains, not only what it takes to get well, but when it is time to go.***’s email reports did initially show improvements, according to her own numbers. At this point in time she actually referred a friend of hers to the program, as she states in her most recent response. It does make the point that she was, at some point, somewhat happy with our service, and therefore willing to continue on a pay-as-ybasis. We only refer services to friends if we believe they have value and will help our friends. We are not in the habit of sharing client information, but with ***’s permission, and since she did bring up her emails, I would be happy to share several (or all) emails that demonstrated her health improvements by her own hand. Many of her emails show numerical improvements in her symptoms. At the same time she had great difficulty owning what was getting better. There is one email in particular that pointed this out to her and warned that owning her gains is crucial to programming her body for health. This message was repeated to her many other times. It was, I believe, in this inability to own her numerical gains that she perhaps programmed her body to “shut down.” Though she tried, after this particular email, her ability to own the positive seemed anemic.Just as doctors have their tests to determine what the best course of action for their patients may be, we have our alternative tests to determine the same. Once our tests indicated her body was no longer responding to her home training efforts, we advised her so she could expend her resources in other areas that may prove to get better results. We don't give up on people, but we don't lead them on either. We believe we always did what was right for ***.As it says in our video, it is very rare that this happens to our clients. Unfortunately, *** is one of them. Again, our refund policy is for the first month of service, to allow clients time to determine if they want to continue. After a month passes, they are no longer entitled to a refund. They must voice their desire for a refund in that first month or it is forfeit. We have no full year trial refund policy and we accept ***’s refusal of our good will offer. Furthermore, it seems unreasonable to request a refund for a year after she attended our classes for a year, during which time we expended our best efforts. We read each of her weekly emails, and responded to each of them, sent her customized home training information each week, and spent time talking with her in class as well. It is my wish that each client becomes stronger in life, health and relationships. It is a dual effort, and for ***, unfortunately, the outcome hasn’t turned out as either of us had hoped. It's too bad that Mr*** does not own up to his part in this. He knew very well that I was having the most difficult time; he has over 50+ emails from me regarding this. It's also very sad, unfortunate and inappropriate to cite a boldface, completely dishonest lie such as the following: "We can only conclude that she saw value during that year and has changed her mind." as if they had no idea, why this complaint is such a surprise? How dishonest can you be? Mr*** portrays a response that illicites that he can't be held accountable after leading me on and everyone else in the classes for an entire year that I (and them too) would get well from the program, and no matter how bad I felt, that I needed to stick with it and stay in the program (he repeats this constantly during the classes). You led me to believe over and over that you could get me well, and I did all the weekly reading for an entire year, every single bit of it. And, I actually became disabled, became much worse, I actually developed involuntary body twitches/movements/seizures that started earlier this year and continue every night of my life, I know need need walker assistance and wheelchair assistance to go places and can barely stand on my own two feet while painkillers...forget it without painkillers. So, whatever codes you gave me; somehow made things worse and you want to wipe your hands of it. I deserve a full refund for such a dishonest "ruse" that you pulled with me. You did not focus on what I asked you to, no idea why. And, I know I'm not the only one; I have another friend that quit the program that cited some of the same frustrations that I had with Mr***. He is careless with his clients, does as he wants, has very little disregard to the effect that he has on their lives; yet constantly cites to trust him. To see all the video's which can't be loaded here, will show all his promises: go to vimeo.com, search *** ***, and you will see pages of video's of all the promises of this program. He thinks it's ok to verbally promise all these things and that he has no accountability since we signed an agreement before the class started that he thinks washes him of all responsibility. This is a lie in his Revdex.com response "She was satisfied enough, to return and voluntarily pay for the following week's service for an entire year." From watching all his video's and hearing him write and say stay in the program during the weekly classes even if you aren't getting better because he can get you there; just hang on....put the expectation my mind & others that even if I was getting worse which I was, the program was a nightmare for me....*** says, "he can get you well, and to stay at least a year in the program" In order words, just keep on paying and they'll figure it out for you. I repeat I did not quit the program. So, he did not finish the work and left me in worse shape than when I startedI deserve a full refund.

 I simply reject all your reasons for saying that I was making progress. I have attached in December of 2016 early in the program that I was becoming much worse.  I was encouraged to stay with the program for at least a year.  By the time February had rolled around; I had a person 1 hour phone call with [redacted] whom  you encouraged me to work with; and I told her the program had become a living nightmare for me and that I had gotten much worse.  Any progress I made physically was due to my efforts.  Each of my emails will say that; but many times you [redacted], CEO  ignored all of that and want to use the charting as a progress marker.  In fact, I gave up my original symptom list because I was getting worse and I reduced to a much smaller symptom list to maybe just focus on getting some progress in any area that was sustainable.  As you know with lyme, things change all the time...you can have a good month and then a bad month.  Anytime I had improved symptoms are really just the way life has been for many years...you need to get that.  You are responsible for encouraging me to stick with the program over and over and over again.   I am now much more handicapped that when I started. I have seizure like activity for the first time in my life as of this year for several months now.  I have COPD again, and I warned you of that very early in the program because I was told to stick with your codes.  I've had to use wheelchair assistance and more help than ever in my life.  I can barely clean my home.  I can barely get my shoes/socks on and beg for help for the kids next door for the very first time in my life.  Never, I suffered so much from Lyme than I have now.  That's your fault, because I listened to you. I listened to your staff, I listened to [redacted] who said no; don't go back on all the medications, ozone, etc...stick with the codes and the training program it will get better.  So, while I put my faith, my time, my effort and my money...my body continued to slide down such a slippery slope that I'm not sure how to recover from.  I repeat..I AM THE MOST HANDICAPPED I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.  MY LEGS ARE SEVERELY DAMAGED IN THE JOINTS/TENDONS/MUSCLES...MY BODY CONTINUED TO SEVERELY DEGRADE UNDER YOUR WATCH, YOUR GUIDANCE, YOUR COACHING, YOUR INSISTENCE TO STAY WITH THIS PROGRAM NO MATTER WHAT WAS HAPPENING.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUILDING THAT TRUST AND FAITH RELATIONSHIP.  AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESULT OF IT.  BECAUSE I BELIEVED IN YOU PEOPLE, AND WHEN IT DIDN'T WORK OUT...YOU TURN YOU BACK ON ME.  THAT'S [redacted], DISHONEST AND BAD BUSINESS. Regards,

We sincerely apologize for not responding to [redacted]’s initial complaint to Advanced Cell Training. Unfortunately, her email message was not addressed to our office inbox, it was sent to her class email address where dozens of clients send weekly email progress reports. That mailbox is...

not checked often and we did not discover [redacted]’s message until the Revdex.com alerted us to her complaint.  We value all of our clients and want each and every one to have a positive experience with our program.  We offer all of our clients an entire month to experience our program with a full, 100% money back guarantee if they request it within the first thirty days of the trying our program.  After that first month, our clients continue on a voluntary, at will, week to week basis, paying for our services, with no lengthy time commitment.  Our clients remain because they see value every week they are with us, or they would discontinue the following week without penalty.     We are sorry that [redacted], in her retrospection, has become dissatisfied with her entire year of participation in the program.  We can only conclude that she saw value during that year and has changed her mind.  To request a full refund after a full year of pay as you go service seems unreasonable as we did work for her during that time.
