I appreciate ***'s honesty We suspected we had mold in our attic Advanced Cleaning was the third company I asked to look into this and provide a proposal for remediation of this issue One company came and readily provided a quote exceeding $for remediation Another used tactics, such as advising all of the insulation would need to be removed (amongst other statements)*** readily determined there was no mold, courteously left his card and returned homeHe spent more time traveling to my home than he actually spent hereHis integrity is to be applauded
I appreciate [redacted]'s honesty. We suspected we had mold in our attic. Advanced Cleaning was the third company I asked to look into this and provide a proposal for remediation of this issue. One company came and readily provided a quote exceeding $2500 for remediation. Another used tactics, such as advising all of the insulation would need to be removed (amongst other statements).

He spent more time traveling to my home than he actually spent here.
His integrity is to be applauded.
