I had Advance Cleaning re-wax my tile floors, they did an ok job nothing special and the workers were friendlyThe owner was part of the people doing the work and explain to me that they had follow up services (monthly buffing) to keep flooring look good and told to contact there office to schedule thisI called and left message told I would be called back(that day) and they never calledI called the next day and was rudely told they were busy and couldn't talk to me at that time and would call back when they felt like they had timeI spoke with the owners wife [redacted] who was very rude and impoliteSaid they were making payroll and didn't have time to speak with me about follow up serviceShe stated they would call when they had time(never did call back)Since I am a small business owner not sure how this company can treat clients with such disdain or would even want toI would not recommend them at allthey want your money and nothing else and once they gotten it is see you latter
