Review: On 1-20-16 Advanced cleaned our A/C system.
We were told the filter (20x30x1)was out of stock.
We were told they would order the filter and bring it when it arrived.
Nearly 4 months later, we still have yet to receive our A/C filter.
We spoke to David G[redacted] (Owner) several times and were told that he would bring our filter.
About 2 months after the system cleaning David delivered a filter in two pieces, which is very hard to change. My return is overhead and you need about 4 hands to change it.
We talked to him several times since then and again were told he would bring another filter.
As of today (4-11-16) we are still waiting.Desired Settlement: Receive the A/C filter.
