We need to have this customer call us and speak to an agent, we've looked all thru the database and can not find match on his name / addressWe did find an address that matches the one provided, but the customer name / email and zip code would not match.If we can obtain the last digits of the credit card used, (and possibly the first 6) we can use that to better look up any charges.The customer should call us, Monday - Friday, from 9am to 8pm and ask to speak to a floor supervisor about a pending Revdex.com compliant so we can resolve this.Because we use a large call center, please note the customer may need to explain that we asked him to call because we can't find his account thru email

We were able to find the customer and issue a refund for this charge, but we did not find the notes from the past call. We will have the call center agent spoken to about how to leave better notes.Refund issues for the charge.

I did the sample of the Cleanse and the Garcinia, and neither e-mails stated there would be reoccurring charges. I did NOT receive another bottle of the cleanse and was charged the reoccurring fee. All I want is, is my money back for what I did not order. The details should be where everyone can see them and not in such small print, and should be detailed in the e-mail. I did not have any changes or weightloss! NOT Happy!!

We have refunded the last two charges as per customers request, thanks

We have issued a refund for this customer as requested, and are evaluating weather a 30 day period is feasible for the product evaluation. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We have reviewed the customers account and have attached a screen shot. We are not able to find the charges she is referring to, the only charges we have $4.74 and $1.89, both of which have already been refunded.
