Advanced Collision fixed both of my daughter's vehicles at different times. The owner and his staff were professional, kind and understanding that they both really needed their vehicles in a timely manner. They answered all of my questions and had their vehicles ready when they promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On behalf of Advanced Collision Repair we apologize for any inconvenience. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Yes we did agree on repairing your Left door panel and on the day you last showed up to our shop you told us...

that you had to take a trip that following week. I proposed for you to come in person first thing ,back from your trip, so that you could sign some documents which would allow us to rent out a car for you, but we needed you to come in person to the car rental lot as we would need your ID. Even though we agreed on repairing the door panel, any other damages that you claim were done to your vehicle will have to be inspected by us in order to give you an estimate and to determine if it was us who damaged the vehicle. We still have the original estimate which your insurance company provided to us for the original repairs that were done to your vehicle. Please give me a call so that we can come to a mutual agreement and get this issue resolved. I hope to hear from you soon.

The necessary repairs were made and in a timely matter. Thank you Advanced Collision Repair.

They got my truck on Monday July 18th. I called the 27th to see if they could tell me about how long it was going to be. They said "hopefully by the end of the week." The weekend came and went so I called the following Monday and they said to call back Thursday. I called Thursday and they said to call back Monday. I called Monday and they said "it would be done Tuesday at 5:00 but to call at 3:00 because it could be done earlier." I didn't bother to call Tuesday but, tired of being disappointed, opted to call Wednesday instead thinking surely.... So when I called Wednesday they told me it MIGHT, that's right might, be done Thursday. I called back Thursday and they said two parts were missing from the set of parts they ordered but it shouldn't stop them from finishing up Friday. I stoped writing it down after this but picked my truck up at some point incomplete, the chrome SIERRA label that attaches to the passenger door on the outside hadn't arrived yet. I saw a few things that weren't right before I made it home but they were closing and I desperately needed my truck back before having to go back to work so I figured I'd just give it a good inspection at home the next day and notify them.
After FINALLY getting my truck back I inspected it at home the next day and discovered a cover plate on the inside of the passenger door right behind the handle that was missing, a supporting bracket next to the battery that didn't have any bolts in it, it was just sitting there next to the battery, a push pin each located at the top of two curtains that block off the area between each headlight and the sides of the radiator weren't pushed through the holes that hold the top of the curtains up and in place; the pins were too big to go through the holes so they just left the top of the curtains dangling... And there was a hole busted in my breather box big enough to put two thumbs through, right next to the radiator reservoir that they replaced so it should have been hard to miss. These were all things that they neglected to repair or put back into place after working in that area.

I notified them of all these things the same day that I did my little inspection along with a couple other things that didn't get noticed upon the first claim assessment; The windshield and a small crack in the dash, these two items were overlooked by State Farm and not any fault of Advanced Collision. There was plenty of other, more noticeable damage for the insurance company to look at before the front end was repaired.
State Farm agreed to also cover the windshield and dash although the dash wasn't really bothering me as it was just one small crack, and as you can imagine I was a little apprehensive about letting these guys get into something as invasive as my dash, but against my better judgement I decided to let them replace it. They assured me it would be done correctly by someone that had many years of experience with this sort of thing and the guy that was working on my truck before would no longer be on it.
Well I brought it to them for all the repairs after my hitch was over and picked it up before I had to return to work hoping I'd be done with all of this but no such luck. After killing some time around Pineville because it seemed they couldn't get done before 5:00, we picked it up at closing time and I should have looked it over thoroughly but I foolishly assumed they had got it right this time so we went on home.
The next day I did another inspection. The SIERRA label on the outside still wasn't there, the driver side upper trim pillar molding (that's all I know to call it) was missing the only screw that holds it in place, and the molding surrounding the instrument cluster was missing two screws, the only screws it has. And remember those two push pins that were too big? Well now the whole curtain on each side that the push pins held the top of were completely missing. That's right the whole curtain, both of them, gone... But the kicker was the rubber boot at the base of the shifter that was, and still is, ripped on both sides of the shifter. When you go over to the passenger side it sticks out like a sore thumb because of the wires that are exposed.
Naturally I let them know about all of this immediately and they wanted me to bring it back in to them as soon as possible so they could figure out what parts to order.
I brought it back again after my hitch and showed the owner himself the missing or damaged parts, the missing screws I replaced myself. He told me they would order all the parts and inform State Farm that the shifter boot was on them. He told me this to my face and shook my hand.
So I had to cut my review off here so it would fit but needless to say my truck still isn't right and they aren't going to replace the part they damaged.
