Advanced Collision and Towing promised refund of $200 for repair and $180 for car parts after failed repair. It's been over a month now, no refund.April 21, 2014 contacted [redacted] for emergency roadside assistance, Advanced Collision and Towing arrived approximately 9pm to pickup car. Advanced Collision and Towing promised complete service by noon 4/22/14. However, the car was not serviced until late that afternoon. Almost immediately after leaving Advanced Collision and Towing, the car broke down again. Contacted [redacted] (owner), but was informed that the mechanic who worked on the car was gone for the day so had to wait until the following day. On 4/23/14 was informed that the car was beyond repair and offered a refund of $200 for the service performed and sold the car for parts for $180. [redacted] promised the money will be refunded back to the credit card they have on file. As of today May 21 still no refund.Desired SettlementI just want the money owed to me.
