I have been a customer ( a GOOD customer) for almost years I have purchased AC units from this company and have referred family and friends to them I have treated them very well over the years, i.efeeding a beautiful homemade lunch to the crew after installing my new ac unit, referring new customers, being understanding of being put off due to their busy summer season and not being able to come out to my home BUT I am no longer able to be understanding of a situation that has now gone on for 4+ years Upon installing my new ac unit in 2010, there has been a noise coming from the air vents It sounds like pipes reverberating This sound only happens when the weather is humid ( aka the Monsoon Season or SUMMER) their busiest time One year after the problem arose, they came out to due my annual summer ac check up It was May and the humidity was not present yet They attempted to fix the problem, but it was still there For years now, I have been trying to get them out to fix it but THEY ARE TOO BUSY!! I was told by the owner that "HE WAS CRAZY BUSY" and my response to him was that I could really care less! He then proceeded to hang up on me and when I called him back he said he no longer was going to work with me!! I find this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY RUDE to treat a customer, as long as I have been with him, this way I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN UNDERSTANDING AND WAITING FOR HIM TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM FOR 4+ YEARS!!! The OTHER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL thing he does is NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS If you call him during the day, he will tell you that he has your number "on his board" and will call you later, and DOES NOT! I have also tried to be understanding of his schedule and told him to hang up and I would call back and leave a message for him on his voicemail, and HE STILL DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALL!!! This is the way he has handled his business for as long as I can remember but I have let it slide for so long until I just cannot accept it any longer! I guess when his business was new and just starting out, he was hungry for business and would do whatever it took to take care of his customer But now that he's much busier, he has the ability to pick or choose his customers and decides to let a good, long time customer, as myself, be put on the back burner, ignored, yelled at, and not be taken care of I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE VERY RUDE AND INSENSITIVE WAY HE HAS TREATED ME!! I thought he was different from the rest but, unfortunately, he is not He NEVER fixed the problem that he caused after installing my new ac unit!!! Shame on him !! I WOULD, MOST DEFINITELY, NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR AC/HEATING SERVICE! They are just too "crazy busy" to give caring, professional service and cannot handle the pressure !!!!!!!

Advanced Comfort Air Conditioning stands behind our pricing which is competitive in current market. The consumer was informed of the approximate price of said motor one day in advance. Providing consumer enough time to make decision or find an alternative resolution. Upon completion...

of work performed on [redacted] unit. The consumer was provided an invoice complete with detailed information including Make, Model and serial number. In addition to the Technical notes stating 1 year parts and labor on motor. The customer was read to in detail the information contained on invoice after repair was completed. I have attached proof of motor purchase from [redacted] indicating Customer P.O. [redacted]. Attached is a copy of original invoice with customer's signature. Advanced Comfort Air Conditioning, will not purchase any materials or parts from unknown stores online in or out of state. This insures our ability to provide fast and efficient warranty repair and installation. Advanced Comfort is not in the practice of installing parts consumer have purchased on their own.When consumers.deal with online stores, they must take into consideration how long it will take to receive parts and if part is defective after installation. The additional time needed to return product and receive new. Not to mention, the additional cost to uninstall/re- installation parts. Meanwhile they will be out of air conditioning / heat for several days if not weeks.
