My philosophy is, “If it is not broken, don’t fix it. Therefore, my HVAC started its 27th year in the spring of 2016. I noticed the AC was cooling at about 15 degrees below outside, so I started checking out brands and prices. Jeff [redacted] at Advanced Comfort Air Solutions was recommended to me by a friend. Sunday, 7-17-2016, my old unit gave up. 7:30 AM, 7-18-2016, I called Jeff and woke him up, “My bad.” I apologized and offered to call back later but Jeff said, “No, let’s talk.” We discussed the best system for me including brands, models, and prices. I chose Lennox. 7:30, 7-19-2016, Jeff and his crew were in my driveway. 2:00 PM 7-19-2016, the old unit was gone and my AC was up and running. 7:00 AM, 7-20-2016, the installers were back to finish the job which included all new duct work. 12:00 PM, 7-20-2016, the job was done, mess cleaned up, and my house was at 74 degrees. I came home to my A/C blowing hot air. I called a few places immediately knowing that the forecast was going to be over 100 the next few days. Jeff called me back within the hour and explained he was extremely busy but could make it out the next morning. He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He is fair and affordable. I highly recommend him!
